As announced in July, 2008, The Miami County Agricultural Society is replacing horse barns 7, 8, A, B, and C with two new barns that will house 168 stalls and include a 70; X 100’ indoor show arena. Demolition of barns 7 and 8 is scheduled after the close of the 2008 Miami County Fair.

To raise funds for this project, MCAS if offering interested parties the “opportunity” to adopt a “STALL” in one of the new barns. ONLY 168 stall adoptions are available and will be issues on a first come, first serve basis. Adoptions are tax deductible as MCAS is a 501 (c) (3) organization.

Participants in the Adopt a Stall program will receive a Monthly progress News letter; a Certificate of Adoption (complete with Stall location) and a engraved 4 X 6 placard mounted on the stall door. The placard will be engraved based of the option chosen by the participant from the listed options.

Interested parties should complete the adoption form; enclose the $150.00 Adoption fee earmarked for the “Adopt a Stall” program and made payable to MCAS; and mail or deliver the form and donation to the Fair Managers Office Building #23. Mailed adoption forms should be addressed to:
