Admissions to Miami County Fair

These are the general admission prices for the Miami County Fair. To view fair hours, ride specials and admission specials, visit the Schedule of Events for the fair.

Children 8 years and under

Admitted FREE

Daily Admission - $6.00 - 9 years and over

Everyone 9 years old or older entering the fair is required to pay or have a Miami County approved pass. This includes Horse Shows and Pulls, Tractor Pulls, Races, Contest Concert, etc.

Exhibitor Passes - $2.00

Only for Jr. Fair Participants. Received through their 4H, FFA, Girl Scouts, or Boy Scouts programs.

Season Ticket $30.00

Punch card. Good for 7 Admissions.

MCAS Membership Ticket $30.00

Allows holder unlimited access in and out of fair and voting privileges during 2024 Miami County Senior Fair Board Elections. Must be a Miami County Resident. Memberships can be purchased at the Fair Office from December 1st during normal office hours until the Thursday prior to fair at 5:00 pm.

Jr. Fair Booster - $50.00

As a Thank You for supporting the Junior Fair, this includes 7 admission tear-off tickets, your name in the following year’s fair book, and on a sign at the fair.

Concession/Vendor Passes - $30.00

Allows holder unlimited admittance in and out of the fair. Must be a current concessionaire or vendor on the fairgrounds to purchase.

RE-ADMISSION

Wristbands are available at the gate beginning 12:00 NOON daily. Those requiring a wristband prior to Noon must request one at the time of entrance that day.

NOTICE

The last day to purchase season tickets at the gate is the Sunday of the fair.


The last day to purchase a Miami County Agricultural Society membership is Thursday - the day before the fair starts at 5:00 p.m.

Golden Anniversary Pass - Contact Fair Office

Available at the fair office for any couple who has been married for 50+ years that are residents of Miami County. Husband and Wife must BOTH be present to receive a pass.

WHY Join the Miami County Agricultural Society?

For a $30 membership fee you receive a Fair Pass which entitles you unlimited entry into the fairgrounds all week; the right to attend MCAS/Fair Board Meetings; and the right to VOTE on candidates at the ANNUAL Fair Board Directors election to be held Monday of the fair from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Members must reside in Miami County and be at least 18 years of age. Proof of residency and age will be required using a driver’s license or Photo ID that verifies your residency and age. Memberships can only be purchased at the Fair Board Office. Memberships can be purchased at the Fair Office after December1st during normal office hours.

Driving Directions

  • Take I-75 to Exit 78 and travel south for 3 miles on County Road 25-A. The Fairgrounds will be on the right
  • From Troy, take County Road 25-A (Elm Street) north out of Troy

Parking Information

The Main Gate is located north of the Animal Shelter of County Road 25-A. All Fair patrons and North End exhibitors are encouraged to use this entrance.

The Alternate South Gate is accessed from Harrison Street and is for use by : holders of reserved parking permits, persons needing handicapped parking, and South End exhibitors. Some limited general parking is available in the South Lot on first come first served basis. All livestock trailers and trucks are to be parked at the South End of the Fairgrounds behind the horse barns or west of Horse Arena near west fence.

There are several restricted and handicapped parking areas on the fairgrounds. Handicapped parking is available inside the gate at the south entrance and at the north end of the race track and north of the livestock buildings.

  • Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
  • Fire lanes are mandatory around buildings.
  • Shuttle wagons will make regular rounds from the parking area to the middle of the fairgrounds for those who wish to ride.
  • No parking of vehicles will be allowed in camping areas.
